The main objective of the Equipindo after sales team is to provide after-sales services adapted to each customer's specific needs. This department supplies spare parts and integrates technological consulting as well as technical maintenance. In addition Equipindo can also provide SLA (Service Level Agreement) which consists in a made-to-measure package of services.
Equipindo provides all spare parts for the equipment it supplies. Together with the installation of new equipment a detailed wearing and spare part list is provided so that the customer can easily make the necessary orders.
Equipindo's service/technical maintenance includes:
- periodical review of installations
- assistance for wearing and spare parts replacement
